There are four cottages in the block.
Lovely garden of 2500 M2 surround the cottages. each cottage has it's own private garden. for outdoor dining we provide, Loungers. Barbecue, chairs and table for dining.
We include: bed linen, electricity, local taxes.
covers, blankets, kitchen towels and table linen.
The cottages are a pet and smoking free zone.
English-speaking representative on hand to meet you, settle you in and answer any questions.
Bike hire is available in the village all year round.
There is no playground at the property, but children can play in the grounds.

Booking
A Booking Deposit of 25% for each week of the rental is required at the time of booking.
The final balance is required no later than eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Rental may be paid by PayPal, with added charge.
We also accept by bank transfer with all transfer charges to your own account.
We require a security deposit of €200 - This is paid with final balance.
Cleaning charges are included, provided you leave the property as found, extra cleaning charges may be applied if the property is returned dirty.
Security deposit is returned 14 days after end of let provided the property is returned as found.
Cancellation charges apply.

29-56 days -50 per cent of total cost
less than eight weeks - zero, however the deposit may be returned if a new rental is found at an equivelent or better cost.

Flights, by Ryan air, to Biarritz, Easy jet and fly be to Bordeaux, also BMI Baby to Bordeaux. Frankfurt (Hahn) to Biarritz 15 Apr 08, Shannon 03 Apr 08 to Biarritz, London Stansted to Biarritz all year Monday, Wednesday, Fridays and Sundays.
