The cottages each offer two double bedrooms, there is a shower room with vanity unit toilet and power shower.
These modern cottages are very well equipped with up to the minute fixtures.
Downstairs there is a really spacious area with a fully fitted kitchen a dining space and lounge and a guest toilet. Le Piteou cottage 6 had a double sofa bed which is very comfortable and older children love the independance.
Double doors lead to the garden and deck and terraces. The private gardens are 50m2 while the communal gardens are 2500m2 and beautifully kept by the owners.
There is a garage space for outside furniture bikes and surfboards.

Cottage 6 has a large deck with built in brick BBQ, whilst cottage 8 has private and enclosed terraces on all sides.
Both cottages are suitable for small families.
Unfortunately they are not suitable for very small children or babies. We regret there is no disability access. The cottages are smoke free zones both inside and in the gardens. Pets are not allowed.
